Heather, Dental Assistant

Heather has been in the dental field since 2018 after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. She has worked by Dr. Hill’s side ever since, always knowing her next move before she even knows it! Together Dr. Hill and Heather have been able to change and better the lives of many of our patients. Heather takes pride in making sure each patient has a positive experience so they always leave confident and smiling. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her enjoying the outdoors on a run or spending time with friends and family.
Ann, Registered Dental Hygienist

Ann has had an amazing 45+ year career in dentistry, with over 30 being spent right here at Hill Dental Wellness! Throughout the decades, she has loved helping people attain a healthy mouth and body by educating, supporting, guiding, and listening alongside caring and supportive coworkers. A Falmouth native, she is married with two adult daughters and likes to spend her free time alpine and Nordic skiing, gardening, paddle boarding, and antiquing.
Michelle, Registered Dental Hygienist

Michelle joined us in 2024 and brings over 20 years of experience to our team. Originally from Lee, MA, she is a graduate of the University of New England and has her local anesthesia and nitrous oxide license. Life at home is busy for her and her husband thanks to their three children, but when she can, she likes to stay active and enjoy nature by snowboarding and hiking.
Jessica, Dental Assistant

Jessica brings over a decade of experience to our practice, and she says her primary goal each day is to make sure our patients as well as her co-workers leave happy! A graduate of Dental Careers Institute, she is a proud mom of three children plus two fur babies (a dog and cat). Jessica is very active outside of the office, competing as a professional bodybuilder, and she also likes to garden and roller skate to relax.
Kathy, Dental Hygienist

Kathleen studied at Bangor Community College to earn her associate degree in dental hygiene. She’s also certified in dental assisting, local anesthesia, BLS, and oral sedation, and she’s also had several years of experience with periodontal and high fear patients. With over four decades in the dental field, the best thing about her job is being able to help people improve their smiles, confidence, and overall health. Kathleen has been married to her husband for 41 years, and they have a daughter and two grandchildren. Other than enjoying interacting with her patients, she loves spending time with family as well as gardening; she has many flower gardens and one vegetable garden!
Rachel, Dental Assistant

Rachel has been part of our dental team for well over two decades, and she’s still as passionate as the day she started. Her favorite thing about her job is helping our patients feel comfortable and talking to them through procedures they might worry about. She also enjoys working with amazing coworkers and being part of a team. Originally from Westbrook, Rachel is married to her husband of 40 years, and they have two married children and three grandchildren. When she isn’t at the office, she loves spending time with her family and friends.
Karen, Front Office

Originally from Hamilton, MA, Karen has been in the dental field for half a decade and counting. She studied at the Hobart and William Smith Colleges for her undergraduate degree, and her favorite thing about her job is her interactions with our wonderful patients. If you don’t see her at the dental office, Karen is likely spending time with friends and family, hanging out with her dog and cat, or learning something new every day. She also loves going to her ski home at Sugarloaf year-round, where she can ski, hike, golf, and relax. Traveling all over the world is another one of her passions.
Yolanda, Front Office

Yolanda has been part of the dental field for well over three decades. Her favorite part of her job is being able to interact with and help patients, which is incredibly fulfilling to her. Whenever she isn’t at the office, she is likely spending quality time with her husband of over 35 years, as well as their two grown children. Yolanda also loves boating on the ocean or lake, planting flowers, or channeling good vibes with Reiki. She has a soft spot for animals as a nature lover, and she enjoys true crime and scary stories!
